About

Why does my septic tank look full shortly after it's been pumped?

It's completely normal for a septic tank to appear full 24–48 hours after pumping. When we pump a tank, we remove the solids that don’t naturally exit the tank. However, water from your household continues to flow into the system, quickly refilling it to its normal operating level. So even if it looks "full," rest assured the solids were properly removed during service.
